Demand is critical on large-scale applications. When you're working on a personal project with a small audience, incorporating suggestions makes sense. When you're working on a massive scale, you can't waste time on frivolous things. That's why the MyBB teams don't include features that only one or two people ask for and also why I won't modify their software for one or two people. A lot goes into core modifications and the chance to break something far outweighs the potential of that new feature to be useful.
This is the purpose of the suggestions thread. A suggestion is made, discussion is had about said suggestion, and then a decision is made as to whether or not to include it based on that discussion. In this case, there is no demand for your suggestion so it won't be added, especially since it requires core edits. Let's let this drop here and not derail this or the errors thread any further.
