How to handle voices that overlap musical jingles/other sound effects?

Yea, I've actually decided to have each character-dedicated archive include their voices and all sound effects relevant to them because of the occasional merging of the two. I keep being on the fence about jingles because I see them as songs, only really short (and also that sometimes they are included in soundtracks if I'm not mistaken), but I guess there's a reason they're included in the "sfx" group for this game.

Also, I'd like to see what RTB or whoever manages sounds thinks about the rest.
