When submitting a sheet, if you click "Add Another" instead of "Submit", then it'll bring up info about the last sheet you submitted. Included in this is the BBCode you can copy-paste to show the icon, linking to your sheet.
That's about the fastest way. If necessary it'd probably be possible to make a small program that generates the code for all sheets from a game but... that's probably overkill
