Ooh, right. That only happens if your sheets aren't pending, which is if you're site staff or your account is flagged for instant approval. My mistake.
You could copy-paste it from approval PMs (quote the post to get the source text) but that'd be a hassle for a lot of sheets, defeating the purpose, and you might have those PMs disabled anyway.
