That being said Klonoa is pretty much a dead IP and it isn't going to happen.

I appreciate both of your guy's thoughts and opinions about it. Even if you said "it's a dead series/IP" hurts, it's the truth, and I accept that.
Even the most obscene IP in Nintendo's library can be revived, as shown in Brawl. But then again, as Klonoa's only a Namco IP, it won't really happen, unless he is chosen as a Namco rep.
