Any alternatives to Tile Molester?

Yeah, this is a good site to sign up with.  And it looks like they changed their security recently; before it was almost impossible to sign up because it was so damn difficult to get a clear image, but they've changed to text based confirmation now.

Apparently you need to have an account on their forums to download files. Great.

Does anyone else know of any good Tile Molester alternatives that don't require any of this login bullcrap...and isn't in .jar format?

They provide great tools in the end overall, So really it's worth the "bullcrap". Don't give people attitude like this and expect help back. You're on your own.
