If I'm reading this correctly, you're basically saying you submitted a revision adding a blue background where it wasn't necessary and deleting the original submitter's credit tag and you're wondering why your revision was rejected? I honestly think that speaks for itself but you also received a PM stating the exact reason it was rejected, quoted here for your convenience:
