Is this because I keep sheeting your .ZIPs? If so, I do this because things that can be easily sheeted using Daxar's Sprite Sheeter are easier to view and handle than archives.

No, I actually appreciate you doing that, since I can't get Daxar's Sprite Sheeter to run on my laptop.
For an example, I currently have a model in the approval queue that is very strange-looking. It's unused in the game, and has a...unique texture layout. It's Knuckle's Studio from The Wind Waker. Because it looks so messed-up, I'm afraid that the approver might question its authenticity, or something to that effect.
In short, it would just be a nice way to communicate with the approvers, be it over a citation or any other concern or issues.
