it looks kind of flat and like... stretchy?
All I would suggest is drawing more hands, working from life and working from reference. You might find it easier to get someone else to pose their hands for you. Not sure why, but I find it much easier to draw other peoples hands than my own.
Also, you really need to think about what you're drawing; don't take shortcuts and make sure you draw precisely what you see. It's kinda hard to train yourself to do because when you look away your brain kinda fills in the gaps, just make sure you keep referring to your reference (be it photo or real) and make accuracy your priority <:
