Unfortunately, the program didn't help, but thanks anyway. (All it could do with the files was compress them to GCA or EXE files, and extract the original files again.)
After a bit more digging, I found this, which contains links to some kind of .mlt extractor thing: http://forums.sonicretro.org/index.php?s...91&st=1881
However, it seems to be meant for the Sonic Adventure games, which were on the Dreamcast (while the game I'm trying to rip from is for Gamecube).
So I guess I'm back at square one.
