Project X Zone 1 & 2 sprite ripping questions

I myself am not too versed in 3DS ripping (Tried w/ FE Echoes and one other game, can't remember- Failed Miserably), though I have picked up on a few things here-and-there due to some of my friends being avid 3DS Game Rippers. As far as I'm able to tell, ripping from a 3DS game can be difficult if you don't have the system itself, and like many other games, depends on the file formats used inside of the game's ROM as well.
