PS2/NDS Kim Possible model ripping?

There's two A2M files named KIM in the root and padding folders of the PS2 iso. The only files I can properly load are the BIK files with VLC but they're just cutscenes. Nothing else can be loaded, not even in Dragon Unpacker, and it WORKED with the Ghostbusters PS2 ISO (I was able to dump the voice clips as MP3 files using the same program).
