My childhood games are too numerous to mention, but some of my favorite were:
NES
Super Mario Bros. 1-3 (I remember when Dad asked me which game I wanted to rent from Burnstead's was SMB 3 instead of 2)
Legend of Zelda II (I liked this one over the original)
Super C
Castlevania
Castlevania II Simon's Quest
Mega Man 3
Mega Man 4
Wizards&Warriors
Ironsword Wizards&Warriors II
Dragon Warrior
Final Fantasy
SNES
Super Mario World
Super Mario World 2 Yoshi's Island (rented a lot)
Super Mario RPG (bought this one in the clearance bin in Corpus Christi)
Kirby Super Star (we bought this as Toys R' Us was having a sale)
Donkey Kong Country (brother got this for his birthday)
Donkey Kong Country 2 Diddy's Kong Quest (rented this one a lot)
Donkey Kong Country 3 Dixie's Double Trouble (borrowed from a friend)
Plok (rented a lot)
Super Castlevania IV (rented)
Final Fantasy III (bought on ebay)
Tiny Toons Buster Busts Loose (gotten as a gift)
Chrono Trigger (played on emulator)
Tin Star (bought for my brother)
Super Metroid (SNES classic)
Star Fox (gift from an uncle)
Star Fox 2 (SNES classic)
Legend of Zelda A Link to the Past (my favorite Zelda - used to rent it in Tomah)
I've played most of those games and I remember really enjoying all of them. Btw, SNES and NES (and also GBA) are my favorite consoles.

Mega Man IV - never beat it, too hard
Super Mario Bros. - never beat it, last stage sucks
SNES
Secret of Mana - I can't count how much I played it
Super Mario World 1 & 2 - the bonus levels for YI were nearly unbeatable while SMW was way too easy
Lufia 2 - always makes me sad
Secret of Evermore - completely underrated
Illusion of Time / Gaia - back then I thought Will and Kara had sex on the raft
Donkey Kong Country 1-3 - part 1 is classic, part 2 is really hard and part 3 one of my favs
Super Mario All Stars - never beat a single one of these games, all too hard
Zombies ate my Neighbours - not my cup of tea, played it with my father
GameBoy
Dragon Quest Monsters - played it with my sister, got 100% and perfect unbeatable monsters with 999-stats (not sure if speed had a lower max)
Zelda IV - my earliest GB game, imo still one of the best Zelda games, even in terms of dungeon design (I like it simple)
Zelda Oracles / Seasons - great games too, I really enjoyed them
Super Mario Land 1-3 - easy to pick up and play, shame that you can't beat the bosses in Wario Land again
Mystic Quest - also known as Final Fantasy Adventure, it was surprisingly good
N64
Mario 64 - Wet-Dry World is still one the stages I'll never like
Banjo-Kazooie 1-2 - part 1 is way better than 2
Donkey Kong 64 - some parts were quite lengthy, but the boss music is epic
Zelda OoT - for me some of the greatest moments in videogames + amazing atmosphere, but the dungeons were a let-down
Zelda MM - beat it 1x on 100% with a guide, then never touched it again because time limits suck
Mario Kart 64 - most played N64 game #2
Bomberman Hero - my favorite Bomberman game
Bomberman 64 - hard as balls compared to Bomberman Hero, never beat it
Goemon - music and atmosphere were quite unusual and I really liked it
Pokemon Stadium 1-2 - most played N64 game #3 & 4
Lylat Wars - most played N64 game #1
Emulator
Trials of Mana (SD3) - not as good as Secret of Mana, only beat it 1x vs the Dragon Emperor, enemies take way too many hits (Duran, Angela, Riez)
Conker's BFD - probably the crappiest N64 game I've ever played, I was expecting better things. The humor itself was alright.
Harvest Moon (SNES) - my PC died before I could beat the game, already married with Ann
That's an awesome list of games! Also, I wish I grew up with N64, it has an amazing game library. I remember really enjoying playing zombies ate my neighbors with my friends. And I plan on playing Lufia and Secret of Evermore soon. I always loved 2d rpgs.
