How to unpack/extract Unreal Engine .PAK files from DreamWorks All-Star Kart Racing?

I've dumped the Switch version of DreamWorks All-Star Kart Racing and I need to rip the Unreal Engine .PAK files because they include the models, I've used many tools, and am unknowledgeable in Unreal Engine model extraction/converting, if anyone would help this would be a big help!
