The shading on that sprite is really good, but the lines feel a little messy. Some of the outlines could stand to be smoother or straighter; which can partally be achieved by toning down some of the anti-aliasing (the gloves and shirt cuffs are the most notable).
If you're specifically going for the Apollo Justice sprite style, then you might want to use darker outline shades. Shading for the sprite itelf is done in 3 fairly contrasing shades of a single hue, with a couple of shades in between used for antialiasing.
