Looking good, one thing still bugs me though...
It looks like he only has one arm, I think the cape on the right side should stick out a bit more, like 1 or 2 pixels
maybe.

I like the hat being more up, because it looks more like Geno. If not, at least make the hat bounce in his idle

I know the fringe needs some touching up. I was mainly trying to reshape the cape and fix the (red) eye. As for the tip, do you mean the back?
