Ive straightened out the leg and added a bit of shading. Please tell me if the shading helps Smile

Also, I don't know how to make the tentacles less blocky, so I may need some help there

why is the leg closest to us an incredibly sharp spike?

let me get it clear, you're aiming to create a sprite of deoxys on his normal form that mimics the original style of the games, am i right? because you haven't stated what are you trying to achieve.

the arm closest to is is still way too stiff.
Make it bend at least a little.

ok, sorry about not explaining, but i have tried to make deoxys look like the first frame from diamond and pearl

also, i am trying to just get a simple sprite of deoxys, and all the other sprites will be based around it, so for now, could you guys just comment on the way it looks in general and not the pose itself, because that would be a great help.

No, i mean the way it looks as in colours and the way it's body parts look etc, and not the way that its standing

Well, if what you're basing it off of is correct, the pose should be the same, even if the parts aren't the same.

you should probably consider working on the pose first, then, since the pose can bring the whole sprite together in terms of shading and what the individual parts look like, since the parts would have to be moved around for a pose, and thus essentially redrawn.
