SHould we use one set style, or have everyone use their own individual style, to emphasis their own unique personality, with the only bitching of about the style would be sprite mixing.

Just added a few things on Metaru's list, and making list of an optional extras if you want to add, idk maybe it should be kept simple

Laying Dead animation
Special
Hyper
Win/defeated
Select Portrait
And maybe a little taunt thing before the battle/Entrance

Custom Begining Taunt- If you want a special taunt before the battle against a certain person, ie Giz calling Boo and bad poster before the match, just give an idea.

With a game style that simple, it seems relatively easy to make in MMF2. But what would be really awesome is online multiplayer. If only we could figure THAT action out.

First Two Goals:
1) make a template for every given pose in that list i made. even if its a random doodle, its just for people to use as a reference/base and also to be used in the alpha as placeholders.

2) set who's working on the game's engine, and try to make a small alpha as soon as posible just to show progress.

PS: don't post if you don't have anything to add, neither to request to be in or to be sprited. if you want to be included, sprite yourself on your own or get someone else to sprite you. lets keep the thread open for progress and brainstorming purposes only.

And pretty much Im the only one working on it, and I've been asking TomGuycott for advice on some things that have me stuck.

Dont worry, Ive got MM2 Pro installed thanks to Vipershark, and I have a basic idea on how to form a fighting engine.
