Dohohoho, that pesky Pac-Man tryin to get us all the time Heart

Kind of a flipside here when conceptualizing a type of cartoon show. I basically had the idea that these 5 were imprisoned in a maze for doing something incredibly bad and were guarded by the fearsome monstrous Pac-Man. The ghosts, lead by Blinky the red one, constantly try to escape but due to the incompetence of the other 4, Blinky's plans often fail.

Blinky: The leader, and a frustrated one at that. The most competent of the bunch and definitely the most cunning. Out of the 5 he seems to be the only one that could have pulled off something so terrible to get them imprisoned. Sadly, his intelct can't outmatch the bumbling stupidity of his team

Inky: The stupidest of the team and the innocent one. He's easily distracted and believes Pac-Man is a friend. He often is ridiculed by Blinky and everyone else for his childish antics and often ruins the plans the most. Despite everything against him, Inky is the morale of the team, being able to cheer everyone up when things look bad.

Pinky: The bitchiest of the team who's intelligence can be placed between Winky and Clyde. Pinky doesn't get distracted alot by too many things and boasts the fastest speed out of the group but often winds up doing things wrong when trying to have fun while doing them. She's not mad typically at all but if she does get irked, it's not wise to conitnue the irking.

Clyde: The strongest and meanest of the team who enjoys making things miserable for his enemies. Clyde doesn't often ruin the plans Blinky concocts with his headbut rather with his enormous size. Clyde boasts the second worst intelect of the team and compensates with his muscle. He loves tormenting Winky.

Winky: The second smartest of the group and the wildest. Winky may not be as dumb as everyone else but he's nowhere near Blinky level of mind. Winky has an unhealthy attraction to fruits and will immediately head towards one in sight, something that almost always will screw up the missions. Winky has an attraction to Pinky

Colonel Sue: The guy responsible for regulating the Labrynth and the main antagonist of the group. He's dedicated to his job despite fearing Pac-Man himself. Colonel Sue shares his life with Q-Bert, his lover

Pac-Man: The dreaded monster of the labrynth. Pac-Man is simply put, a beast. Boasting no personality, he simply craves for pellets and ghosts, put there by Colonel Sue to keep outsiders from entering. Pac-Man can be incredibly ferocious so don't underestimate it

Nice artwork but not the most of original ideas, there's a least a dozen or so student films with the same idea on youtube, and well - thay all pretty much sucked.
Maybe it would work as a kid's cartoon better but I can't see it being a series, I mean how much could really happen?

I ran into that problem to trying to flesh it out more. I suppose it limits itself alot with the premise, your completely right.

The premise could work better as a standalone short though couldn't it? I'm not saying I have the skills to create one, just asking from a what if point of view
