I'm tempted to try this in colour (RGB), either pattern grid in colour or the background to the pattern.

I don't like the AA on the hair

you should get rid of the AA and only leave the patterns inside of the outlines

Okay. Anything else to be changed? I know I've already asked but what do you think of me smoothening the outlines? Does it ruin the zoomed-in effect we have here?

the outlines are fine with the zoomed in pixel look

try adding color to it

The only problem I see is the hair. I realize why it appears to be puke yellow, but it stands out a bit too much, imo

other than that, it looks good
