That's obviously not what he's saying at all. He's just saying that there are plenty of designers that are adept in more than one skill needed for the creation of games. I honestly think that TKGB's comment was more hostile than Dazz's, and he was just reacting naturally. I'm not sure if hostility was what he intended or if it was just a really badly-planned joke, but either way.
It was a joke but now that I re-read my comment, it did not turned out the way it came.
Though Dazz does remind me of a person on another community who is a graphics picker. If a game doesn't have good looking graphics, he pans it. I thought he was the same kind of person. Don't take it too seriously what I said but yeah, be considerate. I may not be an artist but it's better than stick figures.

I don't think he was being inconsiderate, he was just critiquing something that he noticed looked off.
