By the by, the Celebi that I nabbed are capable of doing the Time Traveling Celebi event. Just FYI.

This leads me to believe that Arceus will work for the Lv 1 Legendary Dragons thing, and you can also get the Key Item that transforms Shaymin if you bring it to the Flower Shop in Goldenrod.

Shaymin is still up on Code 1. As for Celebi, he's unfortunately the one legendary I got the fewest of. Once I run out, you'll all have to trade them around if you want to get the event (which I have yet to do, I just started it and reset just to see if it would work).

Let me be the first to say that the Arceus Event is creeeeeeepy as hell for a Pokemon game. Also, you can only do the Arceus event once with the ones that you got from this bizarre Wifi thing. I had heard that you can do the event again by having both an Event Arceus and an Azure Flute Arceus, but since the ones we got from this are essentially clones of each other, naturally it doesn't work again. At least the way I did it.

Also, I updated my Pokemon Stock post with all I got tonight.

I found out how to work it but for now it only works for me unless I could find a server to host it on.

But yeah I can get anyone whatever they wanted, all legit.
