Pokémon Diamond/Pearl Jubilife City

I'm a new member and I'm French.
I can do mistake in my post, I'm not very good in English...

I see in the rules of Submissions on the web site and I now we can't submit 3D game.
Pokémon Diamond/Pearl was in 3D on the World map.

But if I have a cheat code to play in 2D, can I submitt the overworld of this game?
For example, I take Jubilife City (Félicité in French, I'm not sur about the English name)
Is it possible to continue the others town? Or not?

While it's nice to see the icon font in pokemon style, it needs to be Verdana 7

Is it me or are these sprites really desaturated, is the emulator that you are using set to Poppy Bright?
