HacX - An Idtech 1 "Game"

I don't even know. This game has made me slam my palm into my face in embarrassment so many times within the very small amount of time that I've had this game that I almost decided to go ahead and not rip from it. But dammit, I did it anyway. I get to enjoy my post-traumatic stress disorders while you get to have the sprites that caused it. I hope you're all happy

God, I really wish I was making those names up; then I would always be in punching distance of the person responsible for them. Ripping this game was like that picture that if you stare at it long enough you lose your sanity. Thankfully it was a quick rip.

HacX was an awful game made on the Doom engine in 1997. That's one year after Quake, one year before Half-Life, and 4 years after Doom. But don't take my word for it, it's since been released as freeware, so go grab yours now! Or don't. Please don't, I don't want to be held responsible if anybody actually plays it. I'm not sure I'd be able to live with myself after that.

I'm probably giving it a harder time than it deserves, but I've always though of it as hilariously bad. It's probably better to form your own opinions of the game, since it is free and all, but yeah, if you ask me it's not worth wasting the time

If you keep being this awesome you might cause a black hole to open up and swallow the solar system just so the galaxy won't have all of its awesome in one place (in other words: keep up the great work)
