I love Galaxy. One of my comfort games, and I've played games since I was in diapers.

Groove, this might just be my opinion but your reviews seem to have a wonderful way of turning me off from a game. At first you make me seem interested, but then it's almost as if you're telling me that it's not worth it. I don't know why, but maybe you should tune down on the negative comments unless the game really deserves it.

Really. I'm glad you didn't review anything like Galaxy or Twilight Princess when they came out, or I might have not gotten them.

Because I'm a realist? In the same regards were I don't grade the games I play, I give a resonable amount of bad points of the game in addition to the bits I like. All games are flawed, and I'm not paid to promote the game - so I might as well be honest.

Sonic Chronicles was truely a terrible game.
Time Hollow was amazing, but way too short.
My World My Way was pretty, but may as well been called My First JRPG.

On a side note, I have quite a few games I can do next.
- Enchanted Folk and the School of Wizardry
- Valkrie Chronicles: Covenant of the Plume
- Suikoden Tierkris

I'll refrain from doing Platinum, you know whether you want to play that or not.

It's not that you're being a realist; anyone can understand that a game has flaws. It's just that they seem to be highlighted compared to the good points of the game in your reviews and that makes the games seem worse than they actually are, in some cases. Granted, I agreed with your Chronicles review, but still...


In any case, I vote that you do that Suikoden Tierkris game. ... Cause I never hearda it.

The DS Suikoden game. Was released (and dumped HURFDURF) in NA yesterday. It's very good so far; but the VAs are hella cheesy.

I do admit that I highlight the negatives, but that's partially an entertainment tactic. I've noticed that many tend to enjoy negative spins on reviews, myself included. It's why AVGN and Yahtzee are so popular, even when the reviews lack content from time to time or are hatin' for the sake of hatin'.

madworld is like 60 bucks everywhere and I wait until most games drop in price anyway so i can pick them up with a bunch of other titles. (i finally picked up maximo 1 & 2, legacy of kain: defiance which finishes off my legacy of kain collection, nightshade and disgea 1 & 2)

$50 bucks? It's expensive for a Wii game in US, but around here it would be a bargain already. Also there's no rush, you'll have the same fun playing the game for the first time on the day of it's release or one year later. Also LoK: Defiance rox

This My World, My Way had too much hype prior the release but I really can't say it attracts me. I'm tired of spoiled princess in another games and IRL
