Earlobe's looks a little too high on the left one. The bottom of an ear usually reaches the bottom of the nose.

no one ever sees comments explaining that there's a reference in the pic no matter who says it, and i've never understood that

if you don't mind my input:

- Neck seems to b "reaching" too much to the left, move it a few pixels away from the chin.
- Nose looks a couple of pixels too high, try lowering it.
- Neck feels a lil long actually, could b just me though.

ear is kinda big if your going for realism, but i kinda dig it like that. Also I'm confused on gender, if that's a guy the jawline is too girly for my taste, but that depends on the look you want to achieve.

and yes i'm talkin about the one on the right.

No the neck doesn't need to be changed its the jaw and mouth that could be pushed forward just a little.
