I have been making a Metroid fan-game in top-down for some time now. You can check the site out here:

Anywho, these sprites can be sort of hard to find. So I thought I would share some of my own. You can find them on my site, of course.

They could also include Samus's feet during the walking frames. Right now, the sprites looks more like the paddle from Arkanoid rather than Samus Aran.

Ah, I see where you're going with this, but it needs more work still.
Moved to Sprite Discussion for now. But if there's improvement, this may still be submitted. =)

i'd rather animate a full arm than just a small blob, considering the rather high amount of walking frames you gave it.
