Now the head looks a little small compared to the rest of the body. But like Groove put it, it's getting better.

Bad lineart and terrrible shading. Now he looks like an alligator, and the shading on the lower jaw makes no sense.

He should look like a bony turtle, yours looks like an alligator. The shading should not only under the teeth, add a bit at the bottom.

The teeth are much to pronounced.
Go back to the old turtle-y head.

Also make carapace more rounded. The plastron looks ok for now, but you may want to fix the gap in the ribs on the stomach area of it.
