Great rips, also.

Fantastic!

It's actually possible to sprite using MS 7 paint.
You just need to know how. It requires you to copy the entire thing and paste it as soon as you open it though... Also... thanks!

Hell YEAH, Sparkster.
The Snes version kicked the Genesis's ass by a mile, especially in the music and backgrounds aspect. A little nitpick, though: you missed Sparkster's "squished" death animation.

If you plan to get that squished animation, there is one more that you missed that I doubt anyone really knows about, a few frames of his face completely charred. It happens when you stand still with the rocket charging, and it takes a pretty decent amount of time to happen, I only noticed it because I was using Turbo mode on my emulator.

Thanks for pointing that out. Dagnabit. I thought got all of them. Edit: Refresh that image because NOW it IS complete. Or just look at this link here... They're the same. Edit: Transparency added.

Please guys, no console wars thing
The better version is a matter of personal taste, and you can't discuss that

Final nitpick: you also missed Sparkstar's special poses during the game ending, just after he lands in front of the princess and goes all smug with her before flying away.
