Are you exempt to your little request there? Does that give you the right to bitch at everyone else in my thread about NOTHING!? No, it doesn't. I suggest you take your own advice and get the fuck out of my thread unless you're going to make a spritesheet. I know you're going to use what I'm saying against me, but I don't care. That's okay. It's not your fault. In fact, it wasn't even you that hijacked the thread. Granted by posting about something irrelevant you contributed, but it was only 1 or 2 posts. I'm mostly mad at the people who did derail the thread.

1up's is right though. most people around here wont give two shits for the random no one that appears out of nowhere posting for the sake of askign stuff for the random project they geraed on their math class.

again, this request board should always be a last resort, not a pool of wishes.

(wich in any case doesnt deny newcomers the option to make requests, its just that TSR being community driven, is obiusly easier to get a favor from people that already know you, know you're a cool guy and would help you with your stuff)

I'm starting to think you're full of shit (Well, I have been for a while, but that's not the point). Most of your statements are contradicting, and all of them are irrelevant, which in itself is contradictory to what you commanded everyone else to do. Not to mention how rude you have been to me. I've also noticed how you keep bringing up that "Requesting for Dummies" thread. I've been following your little rules. All I'm doing is asking a favor. The only thing that could possibly be wrong with this thread has been caused by you and your consistently asinine and irrelevant posts. And in that last post you made, you go on about how I have to get everyone to think I'm cool before I'm allowed to make requests. I can't post anywhere unless I make sprites, which I lack the ability to do. Which is why I'm putting out a request. If I were to pop out of nowhere and post in a general talk forum or something, you'd criticize me for the exact same thing you're criticizing me for here. Which apparently is not being popular. It's not like I'm going to post tons of threads in this board. This is probably the only thread I'll post on this site. Seriously. As I said earlier, take your own advice and get the fuck out.

Now you're putting words in my mouth. I said that I probably wouldn't post much more here, since I am no good at making sprites. I didn't say I was leaving. Also, I didn't say I don't care anymore. I said I didn't care if 1UP+ used my words against me. The only reason I'm having the last word is because I'm sure people would be saying worse things if I just up and left. And one last thing, I'm not desperate. Even if nobody here wanted to help, I'd keep trying on different sites. The having the last word part is pointless, especially because you claimed that I said I was done with this site. I'd be proving you right either way.

I'm not saying I am. I apologized for losing my temper. And the only reason those posts became relevant is because the thread got derailed, which is everybody's fault. Including mine. I just want it to stop, because so far it's just 4 pages of posts that have nothing to do with the original subject of this thread. Can we just get back to the original topic? It's totally okay for you guys to express your opinions, but please do so in another thread or via PM.

I found one person who might be willing to help, and that's Flare. I also contacted several other people, but only two have responded, one being Flare. The other person couldn't help and politely declined. Also, I did't want to come off as desperate by just saying "I can help you with something in exchange" right off the bat, I think it will be fine as long as everyone knows that if needed, I will help them with something in exchange for sprites, so long as I am actually able to do it. For example, I can't sprite, so if someone asked me to make sprites for them if they make sprites for me wouldn't work.

Well hopefully you'll find someone looking for what you are willing to "sell" per say. (Listing what you can do, even if it is just "General helping" does help a long way too)
