OK, the last palette for sprites in SMA2 is all black with a blue background, so cut-and-paste with black as transparent would still be faster (though twice as long as it was in SMA4). I'll try to rip 'em later this week.
This is a really important week for me, as I'm about to choose which college I'll attend next semester. Maybe I'll start the rippin' late next week.

How about ripping Contra games? These games have awesome graphics... =P

Uh...
If anyone hadn't already 'claimed' it yet, I'm going to try to rip Bunny Link from LoZ:ALttP either later today or tomorrow... And if someone already took the job, then I guess I'll find something else then...

I believe Bunny Link is available.

... :/
http://img7.imageshack.us/img7/2507/bunnylinkrip.png It's horrible, I know. Normally I would go to the ripping help thread, but I honestly don't think that double posting is allowed and people wouldn't see an edit anyway. I used YY-CHR, and I can't really figure out why the sprites are so big. Maybe it was the cause of ZNES, which enlarges sprites by default, but still....

Are you using the F9 button or Alt+PrntScrn?
04-24-2009, 09:27 PM
No, I just press PrntScrn alone...
04-24-2009, 09:31 PM
Press F9, that button is used by YY-CHR to make screenshots of the tiles.

Which I'm then able to paste in some sort of art program?
I don't think it would be able to solve the size problem though.

It makes a bmp that you can open in one.

Does anyone know where to get retriever's spy guy and fortress security, cuz they aren't on tsr...

Updated the first post and added a Punch-Out section since people seem to be on a kick of that series lately.
