That site posted the full list first, but then took it down. Reliable sites like IGN or Bulbapedia confirmed about 10 of the list, so the rest are likely to be real. They only put back up the official names, but the full list has been spread around.

They'll pretty much do anything for attention (such as this). If that's the source of the english names, then we can pretty much say that they're fake.

...If they're not (as the starter evos were not), then, well... whatever, we'll get used to 'em and make jokes about them and gradually forget the japanese names and fan nicknames and move on.

This is why I stopped watching the anime after the 3rd movie.

But then again I own the first 10 VHS of season one so if I feel like having a nostolgia fit I will.
