Also, Yoursavior, nice snag XD. Would you be able to tell me if Zasalamel is still in the game or not?

Yeah, he's still in. He was pissing me off because he kept throwing me out of the ring with his scythe. XD

Badass.

He was pretty much the main character in SC3. Like Rapheal was in 2, and Kilik was in the first one. It seems this one enforces the Dark/Light tone set in SC3 as well, with the whole Sigfried/Nightmare.

Spoiler...

There's also a new dude, named Algol, who has the Soul Edge on one hand and the Soul Calibur on the other. They're not visible all of the time, as they only appear when you use attacks, but you can see the aura of the swords eminating from his hands while idling. He also has this weird gun thing that shoots a big ball of energy, and I'm pretty sure its the only projectile in the series.

jw, do you get to play as Algol? or is he like Inferno.. you just can't play as him

anyways, Cervantes is still in there correct? shouldn't he have the ability to use projectiles?

Yeah, I was about to say. Cervantes should still have the Pistol Sword, as well as Soul Edge.

Yeah, you unlock him after defeating him in Yoda's story.

And yeah, he's still in, but I wasn't aware that he had projectiles.

so I guess if you beat Vader's story for the PS3 you get him as well

well, the move to do that with Cerventes is very difficult I find, either that or it's hard to remember

I hope they keep Cervantes' cheap combos. Tongue

So uh.

Mindfuck amazing game I got here.

I note that Soul Calibur 4 is a huge buff up from the third game. From character creation, to the Story Modes, and even the Online Support.

Plus, fighting Sigfried as Nightmare holding a Giant Squid makes me shoot fan juices.
