yes, it was laziness, i kinda already said that lol. so do u guys REALLY need me to finish it that bad? i don't plan on animating him, or making a sheet, he was just for practice.

the thing is, you are NOT supposed to be lazy when spriting

yeah, we do say 'I didn't finish it because I got lazy' sometimes, but our 'laziness' isn't extreme to such a point we can't even resize our canvas.

maybe we're taking this more seriously than you are.

in wich case, we should be as lazy as you, and just ignore the whole thread as if never existed. you know, just for the heck of being lazy at this shit.
#42
all right i get your point, if i'm going to sprite, i should be a little more serious about it, i apologize to anybody i may have disrespected throughout this thread.

Dithering is worse than pillow shading.

While I would usually be inclined to agree with this, Huey's hair (at least in the comics) does have a slight fade that would probably be represented well with dithering.

But that's just this one instance.
Specs 'n' Headphones has been revamped! Check it, yo.

unless we're in 2010 where technology allows us a third color without fearing our video cards being melted due hardware overload.

yeah, just pick another color for now, no need to dither it at all.

Oi. Dude...The Huey sprite. It's good, but like they said It's lazy. If I was you I would shade it a lil bit more.
