looking for monster spriter

Hi!

I am working on an indie rpg called Ascension. I'm working with this project for over two years now. Two years ago i followed a college course called storytelling, and we had to design a world and characters for a fantasy world. From one thing came the next: a 160 page original story. I'm now translating the story in a game. So far we have 10+ hours of gameplay and we're aiming for 40 hours. We are already working with very talented musicians and scripters.

Now i'm looking for someone who wants to make custom monster sprites for this game. We are using the rmxp engine. Although we use the rtp-stylde, we aim for as much original graphics as possible.

We had a former monster spriter but he is not available anymore. The new spriter should design about 12 monsters, from small to giant based on reference pictures + a sprite for the final boss. If the spriter is interested in more work, we would be more than happy.

the sprites should be in 4x4 sheets and in the same style as you can see in the example (it's a phoenix, created by our former designer)

Why did the previous designer go?

He went to university and so had less time to make sprites and all. He finished the sprites we agreed on but then he kinda disappeared.

Woops. Sorry about that. I looked for some rules about requests, but I didn't read anything about the 20 post rule. Does that mean this is getting locked?
If so, i'll abide with the rules and make this post later again. I just want to find a good spriter and i know that might take some time.
