Neo Request Board Created!

This I suppose is nothing special; but it took me a while to get right. If any other Admins want to check that I did this all correctly; by all means fix my shit.

Ok, so there's now a new group - Honorary Member. This will do everything that Registered Members COULD do. Now, Registered Members cannot post in Requests off the bat.

Once they have 20 Posts, they are automatically promoted to Honorary Members. The Board will promote you when you login (provided you're not in a special member group; but then they can see everything anyway); so don't worry if you see members in the old member group.

If any problems occur, please notify me, or say so in the Errors thread.

Also! We have other things regarding the Request Board to be discussed:

- There are a lot of Locked Threads in Requests. Should there be a separate Archive for Completed Threads?
- Should there be a cleanup of Illegitimate, but not complete Locked requests?
- Should there be a Job Subboard, detailing contracted and paid requests?

Topics in the request board should be tagged as [Fulfilled] or something similar when they're... well, fulfilled.

That seems reasonable and a little faster than creating a subforum devoted to completed requests. I may work on that today.

Edit: Actually no; that would take a lot longer TBH; and wouldn't actually cut down the number of locked threads on that board. I'll try having a Subboard for now, and we'll go from there.

or you could require a [Paid] or [Unpaid] tag in the title.

I think PJ and Pixelation do that, it's been a while since I last checked.
