and uuhm....:
I'm 13 and when i go to drawing lessons of my age they suck really hard and don't teach me anything.(i live in Europe-Holland-Noord holland-Zaandam)
And it just feels weird to go rent an anotomy book 0.o.
and School doesn't teach anything about anotomy.
Well you don't need to devote your life on studying anatomy, just make sure that you have some knowledge of it
You're 13.. since you're very young, you can nail anatomy much faster than a 20 year old hag like me

This will teach you what you need to know. Look for the anatomy section; you'll see several muscle groups
Try to learn what they look like, where they connect to, and how they look when stretched/relaxed. The tutorial gives you impartial information on those, but they can be researched on other sites (hint: look up "muscle groups" on google)
The best way to learn the individual muscles is to draw your studies on paper
Don't push yourself too hard. since you're a beginner, try not to draw all the muscles at once! draw one muscle at a time and focus on it
draw the part of the skeleton where the muscle is, then draw the muscle on the skeleton. Then try to redraw the skeleton/muscle when the muscle is being stretched. When you're done, try drawing them in different angles (ex: a side view and a back view) until you get an idea on how they look at several points of view
If you're having trouble drawing a muscle in a certain way, find a reference. go look for that muscle on google images, and see how it would look in that troublesome situation.
For every 2 days, try to spend an hour devoted to studying one muscle (no need to rush)
Once you have a clue on how several muscles work, try to draw two to three muscles on the skeleton (as opposed to one) to challenge yourself a bit.
Keep doing this. Don't bother trying to draw a complete body for now. Drawing bodies is no fun
