shenmue is literally the greatest game on the dreamcast. and at the same time, its one of the greatests cliffhangers ever made.

the game was planned to be at least divided into several chapters and began being developed for the saturn, then it became dreamcast's tech demo, then it got reduced to three parts for the dreamcast alone. and then when everyone expected a third and conclusive part, everything about it was cancelled.

For Mario, his Sequals got an update in graphics, more abilities rather then just the mushroom that made you live a bit longer or the fire flower, so again This not a true sequel.

Super Mario Galaxy 2. End of SMG 1, Mario saves Princess and Galaxy, everyone lives happily ever after, the end.

Start of Super Mario Galaxy 2, Princess captured, must once again go through the galaxies to save her.

It was something like that, anyway it got redone and was called "2" because of this situation.

Well a lot of people want it on the Wii and then the DS.
How about both so people can play it on the road and on the console too play it on the Wii.

Would be cool to have a Wii to the DS like game where you transfer data from there to the main game.
Kinda like how the Gamecube did with the GBA.

Shenmue is for the dreamcast, Shenmue 2 is for the xbox I believe. They're pretty much all about the story, and I think I recall hearing the story never got its end? I never beat them, so.

Wtf is the 3DS going to bring to the table?
It says, real 3D
but the original DS was 3D too, it was just really, really blocky 3D

Yeah, and as far as I know, rather than the 3d popping out of the screen, it seems to be receding into the screen, which is about a million times more contained and classy than how 3D usually works on TVs c:
