So now we have 5 Generations worth of Pokémon, some very obvious patterns appear. Legendary Trios, annoying cave Pokémon, and early game flying and rodent Pokémon.

But everyone has their favourites. So if you were to build a remixed Generation made of exising Pokémon, what would the Pokédex look like?

I made an incomplete prototype:

It's not a full set of 100 (An assumed minimum, that's how many Generation 2 introduced), and is a little loose on what would fit into a category (Game Freak would never make Denchura a game mascot in a million years), but I think I managed to give a fair representation of types and Generations.

Swapped Black and White fire starter because it fit the reptilian theme better and added common rock and electric pokemon.
