If they're actual unused sprites, they may be useless, but worth having on the site. However, that's not near the number of unused stuff in SMB3.

This is all the known secret stuff from the game's code, but there's no leaked beta on the net. In fact the only beta images I know of are the beta version of World 1 and an unused stage on the back of some NES Mario 3 boxes.

Also the Famicom version of Mario 3 didn't have what the OP posted.
