i think drawing silhouettes is a great idea, feel free to post some of your own too!
Yeah, I'm new here. This thing's not the most polished... Or readable... But I might as well post it.
I see this thread isn't too active, which makes it a perfect place to insidiously sneak my way into this rather large forum.

I haven't had much time to rework some pieces but please let me remind you that submitting new material is more than welcome!

Thanks guys! Here's a pair of things that I never finished. Well, I got the shoulders and chest done for the first one and the second one I got basic shading block scribbles down, but I don't think I'll finish them at all soon.

for the sake of keeping this thread alive and working, i might just turn it into "post whatever you're working on that you dont feel opening a thread for"

I'm sorry guys I couldn't resist (my edits are on the right).
I tried my best with shading and sel-outing on Cactigorsal but it's barely noticable.
EDIT: I just noticed that this looks more like love than... an edit.

A'yup you're still working on it. I definitely don't remember seeing those red circles on the chest a few minutes ago. Even if there's banding, the drastic lightsource is something I can totally learn from!

I saw this as an opportunity to practise my spriting skills, so I cleaned up and shaded Nidoking.
I might make a living as a spriter someday, so I might as well be a good one.
