you can sprite mario characters but you can't any character that appeared outside the NES games.

meaning no characters like Baby mario, Bowser jr. or Wigglers stuff like that

yes you can, just don't sprite other forms like mecha or baby

Well, I revamped and slightly editted Papa from Doki Doki Panic. I know it sucks, and I know its just a recolor. That's the best I can do. Any Custom sprites I always fuck up on making them.

I was going to to Excite bike, but then I found out there is an Exite Bike 64
