Violence and nudity will always generate controversy.
With respect to this new version of MK: the important thing is the gameplay. If it is fun to play, fine. But I still prefer the old versions, with 2D sprites of real actors.

Kratos Gameplay below. Kind of underwhelming to be honest, the quick time events were kind of klever though




New Rule: All C's are to be replaced with K's unless they have an S sound, I wanna get into the spirit of MK. Of kourse you don't have to follow the rule, but it's kind of fun.

Some of Kratos's animations look kind of bad. I think they should have just used the animations from GoW themselves.

Not going to impact my purchase though.

I have never even wanted to play a Mortal kombat game until now.

Thought Kratos looked fine. The lack of blood when he hits someone looks a bit odd from the GoW games but still cool nontheless.
Kratos basically means I'll be picking this up on the PS3 (well, I was going to anyway...) but I don't really see myself playing as him.

Don't forget to try out the demo people!

Been playing the demo VS a lot with my brother. Cage sucks - that is all.

Loving the game and the fact it's 1080p on the PS3!

Are you serious? Next to Scorpion, Johnny Cage is probably the best character in the demo.

I say Scorpion is the best character in the demo, because he is. His combos are easy to do and all of his moves are good.
