Running a .jar file with a different program.

Looking for a program that can run a Java application (i.e; Icon Maker) just by double clicking the .jar file. I know its out there because I used it on Icon Maker awhile back and I accidentally deleted it.

http://www.java.com/en/ 'nuff said. If you have Java and its up to date already I don't know what to tell ya other than to check if you have .jar files set to open up with Java rather than something else.
