Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World

Because they aren't in the native .blend format you're expecting. They're in .obj or .smd format depending on which you choose to import. You'll need a plugin for .smd in most programs, but .obj on the other hand is almost always a standard plugin as is the case for Blender.

Terribly Sorry, but I don't use Blender at all for what I'm doing. I use FragMotion which [to my knowledge] doesn't support .blend files.

Here's the Second most Badass in Symphonia (the first being Kratos)

He's got shades for some reason. Those glasses are supposed to be clear....
EDIT: also a mini red headset... is he a Vocaloid?

EDos: Richter is the only one with weapons attached. Since these are the Battle models and not the Map models. He also doesn't change weapons throughout the game so that sword and axe are his only weapons.
P.S. 20 post Get!

Thanks, just figured it out.

Does Blender allow for manipulation of things like limbs and all that?

You mean rigging and animation? I suppose it would considering thats its purpose.

I see.

Also got Fragmotion, that seems to have a sort of limb moving ability. With models that have prepared vertexes and whatnot. I'm new to this.

I just noticed something, Ricter's glasses, are the frames whole or are they only partially done to hold the lens?
is there an actuall lens in the glasses? 3d wise or is it just the frames?

You do realize Blender does this too and probably better. Just saying.

I don't have Blender, but FragMOTION is basically the tool we BlitzSoknickers use to animate. Though I used to have Blender on my old PC. It was a bit too finicky for my tastes.

Sorry for the possible lack of posting, my exams start a week early... Don't expect anything until next week. Well, except for Presea.

I really need to find a set position/size for the models.

Fragmotion is good if you're simply trying to animate the model and get out, if you know what I mean. Not to do all the complicated crap.

Nice job there.
Edster you have to teach me how to rip. You're good at this.

Ah well I'm just saying. I'd imagine its probably a little more intuitive for animation specifically since the name is Fragmotion.

@edster Good stuff. Don't worry about not updating by the way. Some people will submit like one thing and never return. Its always nice to have people who are willing to come back and do more.

Thanks. I'll definitely try to put more.

I've also got Dragonball: Revenge of King Piccolo models. but some of the character faces....

and Rxf, if you have any questions (Regarding Wii Models, Since I understand a little bit more now.) I'll answer them to the best of my ability.
