Plot:
There is a continent known as Haven, inhabited by the celestial beings known as stars, floats above the planet of Garnia. For eons, humans have made wishes to these stars. These wishes become the pure power source of this land. However, things wouldn't stay so peaceful (they never do). One day, a strange entity known as the Countess appears. She is after the wishes and summons monsters from various gates that she creates to steal them.

What is her plan?

While the whole of Haven is in turmoil, a lone star decides to right this wrong and stop the evil(?) Countess.

This is the adventure of Columba! (But...call her Dove).

Genre:
Hack & Slash Platformer, similar to the Prinny games for the PSP

Our Heroine:

Meet Dove (her real name is Columba, but don't call her that), a star who has taken it upon herself to defeat the gate monsters and bring peace back to Haven. She battles evil using a pair of feather daggers.

Gameplay:
From the game's hub, you will be able to travel to various world areas within Haven. Your primary objective is to get to the goal and your second objective will be to collect the required amount of wishes to continue. Not only will defeating gate monsters give you wishes, but also cutting grass, smashing blocks and the like. You can continue to collect wishes to achieve a 100% Clear Bonus on the current level you are on. At the end of each level, you will meet a boss.

Wishes can also be used as money, to buy extra life and 1Ups. Spend wisely!

What We Need
A pixel artist of course. But only for characters, enemies and bosses. We have backgrounds and such taken care of.

You're gonna have a hard time finding an artist that's not only willing to work for free, but is good.

That being said, the project sounds pretty interesting.
