Once you fill up the boxes it automatically adds more.

just put one pokemon in each of the extra boxes, i got up to max immediately.

also im EV training and raising the shit out of a ton a pokemon, ive recently raised about 4 guys.

Hell yeah, power items. They make breeding so much easier :D

So, yesterday I bred a jolly Durant with hustle, and 31 IVs in hp/attack/defense/speed, but 0 special defense :p Not that it matters much, most of the special attacks that she doesn't resist will kill her anyway due to abysmal base sp. defense. But jesus christ, this is one powerful Pokémon. Almost like a faster Scizor, just with a smaller movepool. Owns pretty hard in the subway. Right now, I'm in the middle of breeding a Gigalith. Then afterwards, Zoroark.
