For Super Smash Bros Brawl, do I use the Brres viewer to extract the models?

and I would like to extract .f7 files from FF: Dirge of Cerberus, but google has not helped me so far

Yeah, you want to use that viewer. Currently its the best way to convert Brawl models to a standard format.

As for Dirge of Cerberus, no clue.

I will figure out how to convert Dirge of Cerberus, It uses am unusual format and there is no current way to extract
