It's just a mere game about putting our virtual representatives on a fight, and I mean no personal harm in it. if anything, I should make individual sprites of everyone transformed so it doesn't look as half assed in the final product.

also the depixelling animation should be accompanied of code-generated pixels too or else the animation won't look as good as I intended.

yes

the game will need to generate pixels to make it look more convincing. Think when you mine things in minecraft, it releases small debris of different sazes randomly in addition to the crack animation. In this case, though, the particles should float and vanish smoothly instead of falling like a solid object and disappear instantly.
