Um, what.

Two people if I remember their entries correctly were nowhere near finished and they're in intermediate.

I finished most of mine and I was thrown in beginner. Why.

No one ever told me that the skill level we were thrown in was determined by completion. I couldn't finish mine because of lack of time!!

For example it's true that Starpower deserves to be higher than me, but the point is he didn't have as much done as his silhouette as I did and seriously don't you think skill is more important?

EDIT: OH ALSO I kind of didn't have time to make those three flowers not freakin' hideous. Just throwin' that out there.

Jetters this whole argument has been about why we shouldn't be judging based on completion so it isn't now
it's based on skill level

This is what I get for putting fourth 0 effort in the preliminaries. Also, if this was ranked based on skill rather than completion, we need to talk.

tldr; People may be experts at finishing, but the final result may not be as good as others.

If it were based on completion, someone could have made everything red and turned it in day 1

Yeah I know, I'm glad.

I wasn't thrilled about it at first but actually I'm okay where I am. because I most likely won't really need to pressure myself like with the prelims where it was sorta everyone VS everyone.

You know, just because you're in beginners doesn't mean it's going to be easy.

I wasn't implying that everyone was going to be bad. I was trying to avoid wording that wrong. Let me clear some things...

1: At first I was kind of surprised I ended up in beginner as I thought I did pretty good for what I had time to do.
2: That part about Starpower, I was saying he didn't get to finish his silhouette and if he did he might've been in expert, and I had more done on mine so I thought I probably should've been ranked little higher than I was, but that was targeted at the completion discussion though so disregard that.
3: In the prelims I was trying to push past my limits to show I could do reasonably well, maybe even well enough to land in intermediate but it didn't work work out so nevermind that.
4: I'm never one to say that I'm better than everyone else, I didn't say that at all, that part really came out wrong. So, if anybody's offended at that, sorry and don't worry.

Would've liked some elaboration or criticism/comments, but I understand time is tight and nobody would really want to sit down and write a lengthy response for every single entry.

As long as the challenges are well thought over for each rank and makes participants stretch their creative and artistic abilities, I could care less where I'm placed.
